Terms and Conditions
These terms preserve the site purpose while clarifying digital music purchases, licensing, checkout, downloads, offers, refunds, account access, and use of the FURi DRUMS website.
Digital release terms
These redesigned terms clarify how FURi DRUMS digital products, private offers, downloads, customer accounts, payments, and support should work. If an older site policy is also present above, these sections should be read together with that policy and the product page details shown at checkout.
Digital product license
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable license to download and use the purchased audio according to the license, usage notes, and restrictions shown on the product page or order confirmation. Copyright and neighboring rights remain with the artist, label, producer, remixer, publisher, or other rightsholder unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Unless a product page explicitly grants broader rights, a purchase does not transfer ownership of masters, stems, artwork, branding, source files, project files, or exclusive rights. Redistribution, resale, public upload of the downloadable file, file sharing, sublicensing, minting, or claiming authorship is not permitted without written permission.
Delivery and downloads
Downloads are normally delivered after successful payment through WooCommerce order confirmation, customer account download areas, and follow-up email where available. Download links may expire, be regenerated, or be limited for security, fraud prevention, or file-protection reasons.
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping account access secure. If a download link fails, the customer should contact support with the order reference so the team can verify the purchase and restore access where appropriate.
Checkout, accounts, and order records
Checkout information, order status, download access, invoices, payment confirmations, and customer account records are handled through WooCommerce and the active payment, email, tax, and account systems. Customers may create or use an account to keep download access organized, but checkout behavior may vary depending on the active WooCommerce configuration.
Payments and taxes
Payment providers process payment authorization, fraud checks, currency handling, and payment confirmation. Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies for convenience, while the store base price remains the authoritative price unless WooCommerce or the payment provider confirms a different final amount at checkout.
Taxes, VAT, sales tax, invoices, payment fees, and currency conversions may depend on the customer location, payment method, and store configuration. The final checkout total shown by WooCommerce or the payment provider is the amount submitted for payment.
Refunds and defective files
Because products are digital downloads, refunds may be limited once access to the file begins, except where required by consumer law or where a file is defective and cannot reasonably be repaired, replaced, or redelivered. Refund requests should include the order reference, product name, and a clear description of the issue.
Where legally required, statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Name Your Price and private offers
Name Your Price submissions and private offers are non-binding until reviewed and accepted by the team. If accepted, the customer may receive checkout instructions, a secure payment link, coupon, invoice, or other payment route. Rejected, unanswered, or expired offers create no payment obligation and do not reserve products indefinitely.
Offers may be reviewed based on the selected products, list value, customer message, availability, prior purchases, campaign rules, and commercial reasonableness. The team may accept, reject, counter, or request more information.
Bundles, favourites, and cart sets
Favourites, cart sets, suggested bundles, and recommendation features are provided to help customers build a release set. Adding a product to favourites does not reserve inventory, lock a price, complete a purchase, or create a download right. A purchase is complete only after successful checkout or accepted offer payment.
Availability and changes
Products, prices, descriptions, artwork, preview videos, availability, download formats, offers, and promotional terms may change over time. If a product is removed or updated after purchase, reasonable efforts should be made to preserve customer access to the purchased file where technically and legally possible.
Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, abuse forms, scrape protected content, interfere with checkout, bypass download protections, share private links publicly, upload malicious content, or use the service in a way that harms the website, customers, artists, or payment systems.
Support and contact
For download issues, payment questions, accepted offers, invoice questions, or account access problems, customers should contact the team with enough order information to identify the purchase. Support responses depend on the information provided and the verification available in WooCommerce records.
Relationship with privacy policy
Personal data used for checkout, accounts, downloads, support, security, marketing consent, and private offers is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the active WooCommerce, payment, email, analytics, anti-spam, and security systems configured for the website.
